How is EQUIVOX '25 different?
This year our program will start early. We will open doors at 10:30am, begin our live broadcast program at 11am and follow the program with brunch, social engagement and book singings from Hedgebrook authors.

What will the program be like during EQUIVOX '25?
Our program will be a live broadcast that starts at 11am PT so that both online and in person audiences can celebrate the impact of Hedgebrook's support of women's voices and stories. You'll hear from a range of writers, performers and leaders, and have the opportunity to support the critical work of Hedgebrook.

What will the online broadcast be like?
The online broadcast is free for our whole community. Come together with our brunch audience to celebrate women authoring change. You'll hear from a wide range of writers, performers and leaders, and have the opportunity to support the critical work of Hedgebrook.

How do I participate in the online broadcast?
Click here before the online broadcast goes live on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at 11:00am (PT). If you need assistance during the event, please call 503-564-3044 between 10:30am–1pm (PT) on March 16 and someone will be happy to help.

When is brunch?
Brunch will be served immediately after the program ends.

What is the brunch offering?
The menu will feature farm to table local ingredients and will offer a variety of menu selections that accommodate Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegetarian/Vegan options.

How long is brunch and when is the program?
Join our community of readers and writers at 10:30am to connect over mimosas and find your seat before the program begins at 11am PST. Brunch will begin at 12:30pm immediately following the program. Mimosas, champagne, juice, sodas, water, coffee and tea will all be complimentary at the brunch event. If you have a food allergy, please let your server know when you get to your table. They can accommodate any food requests you have (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.).

What should I wear to EQUIVOX '23?
Please come as you are and however you’re comfortable.

Is this event accessible?
There is an electric ADA lift on the side of the venue near our courtyard. Our broadcast will include captions in English. Please let us know if you have any accessibility needs we can accommodate by emailing gifts@hedgebrook.org.
