What will the program be like during EQUIVOX '26?
Our program will be a live broadcast that starts at 12PM PT so that both online and in person audiences can hear about the impact of Hedgebrook. You'll hear from our global community of women writers, and have the opportunity to support the critical work of Hedgebrook.

What will the online broadcast be like?
The online broadcast is a chance for all of us to connect and is free for our whole community. You'll join our in-person brunch audience in Seattle to celebrate women authoring change. You'll hear from our global community of women writers, and have the opportunity to support the critical work of Hedgebrook.

How do I participate in the online broadcast?
Click here before the online broadcast goes live on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at 12PM PT. If you need assistance during the event, please call 1-503-564-3044 between 11:30AM – 1:30PM (PT) on March 22 and someone will be happy to help.

When is brunch?
Brunch will be served during the event program.

What is the brunch offering?
The menu will feature farm to table local ingredients and will offer a variety of menu selections that accommodate gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian/vegan options.

How long is brunch and when is the program?
Join our community of readers and writers at 11AM to connect over mimosas and find your seat before the program begins at 12PM PT. Mimosas, champagne, juice, sodas, water, coffee and tea will all be complimentary at the brunch event. If you have a food allergy, please let your server know when you get to your table. They can accommodate any food requests you have (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.).

Please come as you are and as you’re comfortable.
