What will the brunch program be like during EQUIVOX '24?
Our program will celebrate the radical hospitality of Hedgebrook and how it makes this place so unique. You’ll hear from a range of writers and leaders, including a panel exploring the ideas of AI and authentic voice, and have the opportunity to support the critical work of Hedgebrook.

What will the online broadcast be like?
The online broadcast is free for our whole community. Come together with our brunch audience to celebrate women authoring change. You’ll hear from a range of writers and leaders, including a panel exploring the ideas of AI and authentic voice, and have the opportunity to support the critical work of Hedgebrook.
How do I participate in the online broadcast?
Click here before the online broadcast goes live on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at 12:30PM (PT). If you need assistance during the event, please text or call 1-503-564-3044 between 12:00–1:45PM (PT) on March 24 and someone will be happy to help.
How can I bid in the online auction?
The auction will open for bidding on March 7 at 12:00PM (PT). To participate in the online auction, you’ll first need to register as a bidder.
Here are the steps to get registered to bid:
1. Go to hedgebrook24.ggo.bid
2. Click the green “Create Account” button (or login if you have used this platform
before and skip to step 6).
3. Enter your email address.
4. Wait for verification email (check your junk folder if you don’t receive it).
5. Follow verification link and complete form. You will be required to provide your
mobile number.
6. Verify payment method, billing address, email and mobile number are correct.
Click on the gray boxes to update.
7. Click on the “Start Bidding!” link to enter the auction.

How long is brunch and when is the program?
Join our community of readers and writers at 11:00AM to connect over complimentary mimosas, prosecco, coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages. Brunch will begin at 12:15PM. If you have a food allergy, please let your server know when you get to your table. They can accommodate any food requests you have (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.).

Is this event accessible?
There is an electric ADA lift on the side of the venue near the courtyard. Our broadcast will include captions in English. Please let us know if you have any accessibility needs we can accommodate by emailing development@hedgebrook.org.
Where should I stay?
There are no hotels in the immediate vicinity of the event venue, however there are many good options within a 10-15 minute drive or within walking distance of a Link Light Rail station. SoDo Station is then within walking distance of the venue. There are also buses that run regularly between Downtown and SoDo.
